Placing an order indicates the customer’s confirmation that the purchased product is a digitally delivered product.
- General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, once delivery is completed, all sales are generally considered final transactions.
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
Change of preferences;
Incorrect customer selection;
Incompatibility with third-party services or software not specified by Stencilnexus;

- Digital Content and EU Consumer Rights
For customers located in the European Economic Area, digital content delivered electronically may no longer be subject to statutory withdrawal rights in the following circumstances:
Delivery has commenced; and
The customer has expressly agreed to immediate performance of the digital supply contract.
Nothing in this policy restricts any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Fraud Prevention and Account Verification
Stencilnexus reserves the right to:
Verify the authenticity of transactions;
Require reasonable identity or order verification information;
Suspend shipments until verification is completed; and
Refuse transactions related to illegal, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
