- Asset Nature and Transaction Structure
Stencilnexus provides standardized, ready-to-use digital assets for space configuration and layout formatting. Our operating model strictly follows a linear process: order placement, delivery of digital files, transaction completion.
We provide pre-configured digital files. After the initial delivery, we do not offer subsequent modifications, custom changes, or post-delivery development services. Any requests for custom modifications beyond the scope of the standard documents provided at checkout are not within the scope of our services.
- European Consumer Rights and Statutory Right of Withdrawal
According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and its relevant national implementation rules, consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw their online purchases.
However, there are some exceptions to this statutory right for digital content. Purchasing our digital assets signifies your explicit agreement to immediately fulfill the contract and commence the digital download. Your acknowledgment and formal consent to authorize the immediate delivery and access to the digital content constitutes your waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right. Once the download process begins, all transactions are considered finalized.

Access Recovery: We are committed to resolving document access interruption issues promptly. If a provided link expires or becomes faulty, our team will review the transaction history and provide the original purchaser with a new access route.
Document Integrity: We employ industry-standard business practices to maintain the integrity and availability of our visual profiles. While we use established protocols to protect file quality, no electronic environment is perfect. We do not guarantee full compatibility with all possible third-party software versions. We recommend that customers verify the compatibility of standard files before finalizing their order.

We strive to handle all written communications promptly and professionally. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is strictly limited to the purchase value of the relevant digital assets. We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential effects arising from the implementation or use of our visual profile.
